A mosque (Vavaru Palli) and a Hindu temple facing each other in Erumely, Kerala. It's the most famous spot for religious harmony in Kerala. Every year, during the Sabarimala pilgrimage season, devotees of Lord Ayyappa do "Petta Thullal" (a type of feverish religious procession) and they get a cordial welcome by the mosque officials.
